To support and assist the Digital Team in the maintenance and development of Marketing digital platforms, which include a number of websites, social media platforms, content creation and social media management across a number of organizations.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Collect, input, edit and create content using content management systems and other tools including:
a.Sourcing and editing high quality images using image manipulation software and uploading for online use
b.Creating unique written content to the highest standards
c.Editing written content to make it fit for purpose & appropriate to the audience
d.Proof reading copy
2.Facilitate data collection and content generation by liaising with internal teams, partner organizations, stakeholders and other organizations.
3.To assist in the collection, inputting and editing of information onto requested websites and social media presence.
4.To liaise with partner organizations, internal and external contacts to gather relevant information and data.
5.To support the development of a house style in conjunction with existing internal and external proofing and editing standards and requirements.
6.To maintain and develop databases, accurately inputting new information as necessary.
7.To attend appropriate meetings along with members of the team and prepare accurate notes of outcomes and follow up activity as required.
8.To undertake administration duties including diary management for communications department, answering telephones and taking messages/directing calls, sending and sorting Marketing post, organizing travel when required, filing and photocopying.
