A two-floor Italian restaurant concept, with a Pizzeria on the 1st floor and a Trattoria on the 2nd floor. We are looking for an intern to work with the Manager and Chef to drive sales and manage costs. Key responsibilities range from restaurant operations to events planning.
- Restaurant preparation, service and closing
- Inventory checking
- Collaborate with marketing team for food/wine events planning
- Improve standard operating procedures
- Improve customer experience
- Fluent English, written and spoken. Chinese a big plus.
- Knowledge of Italian food and wines a plus.
- Outgoing and willing to work late hours.
