ICT Project Weeks 2019

Programm-Ziele

Da innovative Technologie und digitale Transformation so entscheidend sind, um wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben, und chinesische Unternehmen in diesen Bereichen führend werden, haben wir beschlossen, die besten ICT-Lehrlinge aus der Region Zürich in ein dreiwöchiges berufliches Vertiefungsprogramm zu integrieren.

Dieses Projekt ermöglichte es ihnen, einen Einblick in die Arbeit chinesischer Unternehmen im Bereich der ICT zu gewinnen, ihre Reife zu verbessern und neue Technologien kennen zu lernen.

Programm-Highlights

Unsere Auszubildenden bildeten kleine Gruppen, um an spezifischen Projekten mit lokalen Unternehmen zu arbeiten und an Sprachunterricht und kulturellen Aktivitäten sowie an Firmenbesuchen und professionellen Workshops teilzunehmen.

Die Projekte reichten von VR-, Blockchain-, Gamifizierungs-, Website-Entwicklungs- und WeChat-Miniprogrammen bis hin zu IOT und Datenmanagement, so dass die Auszubildenden eine große Auswahl an neuen Fähigkeiten erlernen konnten.

Wir hatten auch die Gelegenheit, das Haus des stellvertretenden Generalkonsuls und andere professionelle Veranstaltungen zu besuchen, die es unseren Teilnehmern ermöglichten, ihr persönliches Netzwerk auf internationaler Ebene zu erweitern.

FINANZIERUNG DES PROGRAMMS

Dank der grosszügigen Finanzierung des MBA in Zürich und der Kantone Zug, Winterthur, Schaffhausen und Luzern konnten die Kosten für die Organisation und Logistik des Aufenthaltes zur Hälfte gedeckt werden.

Die Unternehmen, die die Auszubildenden ausbilden, unterstützten die Erfahrung ebenfalls, indem sie sich finanziell beteiligten und/oder die Tage außerhalb der Schulferien nicht vom Jahresurlaub abziehen.
