Objectifs du programme
Nous avons été très heureux d'accueillir pour la deuxième année consécutive un groupe de 6 apprentis, accompagnés de leur professeur, pour travailler sur des projets avec des startups basées à Shanghai.
L'objectif du programme était de sortir les apprentis de leur routine de travail quotidienne et de les immerger dans un nouvel environnement professionnel. Avec seulement trois semaines à leur disposition, chaque équipe devait résoudre un problème spécifique pour leur responsable de projet et préparer une présentation finale.
Points forts du programme
Nos apprentis ont formé trois équipes pour travailler sur trois projets différents, suivre des cours de langue et des activités culturelles ainsi que des visites d'entreprises et des workshops professionnels.
Les projets allaient du développement de sites web et de la gestion de données à la programmation IOT, offrant aux apprentis un large choix de nouvelles compétences à acquérir.
Nous avons organisé plusieurs activités avec les apprentis et les avons aidés à rencontrer des étudiants locaux ainsi qu'à découvrir les différences culturelles entre la Chine et la Suisse.
