Individual internships
Each year, ICL receives requests from young professionals from all over the world who wish to complete their training and refine their knowledge through an internship in a new environment.
These young people, eager to discover and learn, are generally very motivated by the chance to open up new horizons and perspectives while being involved in the mission of a local company.
These candidates are interesting for companies because they can bring a different vision, and knowledge can be shared in both directions for the benefit of all.
ICL offers them a complete service including work placement, administrative support (visa documents, police registration, etc.), accommodation in the city center, Mandarin classes in the evening, as well as on-site support in case of need or emergency.
ICL does not charge any fees for introducing interns, and they are supervised during their whole stay in order not to disturb you with possible problems common to daily life in China.
Group Projects
We have welcomed several groups of students or apprentices, in partnership with government or schools abroad. We are always looking for companies willing to host a group of 3-5 students, to work on an ongoing or a new project (IT, business, marketing, fintech...).
The young professionals bring value to the host companies or project owners, while improving their own skills.
