The Goal of the initiative
The ICL Cup is an initiative aiming to help young people grow through a professional experience out of their comfort zone. This works to strengthen their maturity and level of independence while improving their chances of getting a job in the long run.
With financial support from visionary public institutions, companies, and foundations, the ICL Cup allows students and apprentices from all over Switzerland to compete for a 2-month, all-expense-paid trip to Shanghai.
How to Participate?
In order to participate in the fifth edition of the ICL Cup please check the eligibility criteria here.
You will be chosen based on your motivation, personality, professional background, and the potential impact this experience will have on you.
