ICT Project Weeks 2019

Objectifs du programme

Les nouvelles technologies et la transformation numérique deviennent des enjeu cruciaux pour rester compétitif. La chine et ses entreprises devenant incontournables au niveau de la capacité à innover, nous avons amené les meilleurs apprentis IT (informatique) de la région de Zurich à participer à un programme d'immersion professionnelle de 3 semaines.

Ce projet leur a permis de se familiariser avec la manière dont les startups chinoises travaillent, apprendre de nouveaux langages IT, de gagner en maturité et de s'informer sur les nouvelles technologies.

Points forts du programme

Nos apprentis ont formé de petits groupes pour travailler sur des projets spécifiques avec des entreprises locales. Il ont également assisté à des cours de mandarin et à des activités culturelles, ainsi qu'à des visites d'entreprises et à des workshops dans leur domaine.

Les participants étaient répartis en différents projets variés, offrant aux apprentis un large choix de nouvelles compétences à acquérir : réalité augmentée, blockchain, gamification, développement web, mini-programmes WeChat, IOT et big data.

Nous avons également eu l'occasion d'être invités chez le consul général adjoint, ainsi que d'autres événements professionnels permettant à nos participants d'élargir leur réseau personnel.

Financement du programme

Grâce au généreux financement du MBA de Zurich et des cantons de Zoug, Winterthur, Schaffhouse et Lucerne, la moitié des frais liés à l’organisation et à la logistique du séjour a été prise en charge.

Les entreprises formatrices des apprentis ont également soutenu l’expérience, en participant financièrement et/ou ne déduisant pas les jours hors vacances scolaires des congés annuels.
