Programm-Ziele
Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, im zweiten Jahr in Folge eine Gruppe von 6 Auszubildenden in Begleitung ihres Lehrers zu empfangen, die in Shanghai an Projekten mit lokalen Startup-Unternehmen arbeiteten.
Ziel des Programms war es, die Auszubildenden aus ihrem Arbeitsalltag herauszuholen und in ein neues berufliches Umfeld einzutauchen. Mit nur drei Wochen zur Verfügung hatte jedes Team ein spezielles Problem für seinen Projektleiter zu lösen und eine Abschlusspräsentation vorzubereiten.
Programm-Highlights
Unsere Auszubildenden bildeten drei Teams, die an drei verschiedenen Projekten mit lokalen Unternehmen arbeiteten, zudem an Sprachunterricht und kulturellen Aktivitäten sowie an Firmenbesuchen und professionellen Workshops teilnahmen.
Die Projekte reichten von der Website-Entwicklung und dem Datenmanagement bis hin zur IOT-Programmierung, die den Auszubildenden eine große Auswahl an neuen Fertigkeiten zum Lernen bot.
Wir organisierten verschiedene Aktivitäten mit den Lehrlingen und halfen ihnen, lokale Studenten zu treffen und die kulturellen Unterschiede zwischen China und der Schweiz kennen zu lernen.
